We'll be doing a configuration change for the database servers which will require downtime in order to perform. This work will be scheduled for Saturday, May 8, 2021, from 8 PM to 11 PM PDT. This will be a 4-hour maintenance window.

We'll be performing a software upgrade for both provided locations (US-East & EU-Finland) and as a result network connectivity will be disrupted. The maintenance will take place at 9 PM PST and shouldn't last more than one hour, per site.

We'll be performing some maintenance on the US database servers to improve stability. During the maintenance, the database servers will be shut down and you will not be able to access them. The maintenance shouldn't last more than 1 hour but we'll be setting a 2-hour window to account for any issues that may happen. A backup will be performed before the maintenance starts as a precaution.

The maintenance window is scheduled for January 17th, 2021 10 PM to 12 AM PST.

The server will be going under maintenance to upgrade its resources. At most 15 minutes downtime could be expected but service shouldn't be interrupted.

Looks to be resolved. Services should be back online but it may go back down while everything stabilizes.
